Follow the steps below on How to Delete All Issues From a Project

1. Go to a Project
2. Go to Search and select Advance Issue Search
3. Switch to JQL or Basic
4. Find the project and click search
5. Click on the three dots (upper right)
6. Click on Bulk change all issues and select all
7. Click on “Next”
8. If having permission issues, click on Projects and choose the project (must have Admin Permissions)
9. Click on “Project Settings” and go to People
10. Click on “Add people” – choose yourself
11. Choose a role – Administrator role and click “Add”
12. Go back to Bulk Operations and refresh the page
13. Click on “Delete Issues” and hit “Next”
14. Confirm Delete and Acknowledge

1. From Jira Cloud Account, go to “Apps” and click Explore more apps
2. Type Slack on the search bar
3. Check the box for Free for all teams
4. To know what type of slack to choose, look for Staff Pick, Official, and Cloud Security Participant
5. I prefer Official Slack App (Link)
6. Go to Slack Market Place
7. Click “Add to Slack” (use preferred slack account)
8. Read and review all permissions and click “Allow”
9. Login to Atlassian Account
10. Open Slack and go to Jira (shows all actions to do/perform)

1. Go to “Active Sprint” (You can’t complete sprint if there are tasks in the wrong column, or statuses are not mapped – note they can be hidden)
2. Click on the three dots (upper right corner)
3. Click on “Board Settings” and go to “Columns”
4. Find if there are unmapped Statuses to Columns that have issues (for example Cancelled should be mapped to done)
5. Go back to “Active Sprint”
6. Click on “Complete Sprint”

Follow the steps below on How Two Projects Share Same Sprint

1. Have the Two Scrum Projects (Both have Active Sprints)
2. Create a New Sprint
3. Click on “Backlog”
4. Click on “Create Sprint”
5. Edit the Sprint (Preferred Sprint Name)
6. Go to Another Scrum Project and Create an Issue (Story)
7. Change the Sprint Link to the Other Project by Changing to the Shared Sprint (Created story should appear in both Scrum projects)
8. Click “Start” to Run Sprint (Sprint Running in Parallel on Different Projects)

Follow the steps below  to Create Custom Issue type in Jira

Go to Projects > Open a Project >Go to Project Settings > Go to Issues Type > Click on Actions (Top-Right side) > Select Edit Issues Type (From Dropdown menu) > Click on Add Issues Type (Top-Right side) > Add Name, Description, and select a Type (i.e. Standard and Subtask) Click on ‘Add’ button > Click on ‘Save’ button.
